Ken Burns effect

A Bricks user asked in the forum how to go about adding Ken Burns effects to elements like sliders. This is something I commonly do too, with custom CSS, and I think lots of others do as well.

To save newer users the trouble, and encourage them to buy Fancy Animations, what about a Ken Burns class in FA?
