Optimized CSS option

By default Fnacy Animations has an optimized CSS output so that only the CSS of the animations used is generated.

In some cases this file takes a few seconds to generate, now by default the optimized CSS option will be disabled and you can enable it from the administration panel when you finish working on your animations.
